There is something lacking in this film. Either that, or I have made a few basic mistakes that kept me from enjoying it. The first: I expected a plot. Well, the lack of one, or rather an interesting one, is quite apparent. Not that the topic is boring in any way - an apathetic young woman dragged into prostitution should be an interesting topic worthy of the "Psychological" tag, but it just isn't, not in this case. The creators of this film has probably thought attempting to create a few shock moments, with the main character Lucy undressing in any second scene would make a quality cinema. Or one that would make some income. Both are very unlikely. The second mistake: I haven't realized this was a budget film until starting to watch it. With that in mind, I shouldn't have expected any compelling performance, or shrewd script. This is what I've come across: "Your Vagina is your Temple." "Can we watch some porn now?" Enough said.
