Based on a novel by spy writer John Le Carre, TINKER, TAILOR, SOLDIER, SPY remains one of the most acclaimed British mini-series of all time. Alec Guinness turns in a superlative performance as George Smiley, a former spy who was forcibly retired after an internal scandal in the British Secret Intelligence Service.
