Summary of The Tommyknockers

Gard (Jimmy Smits) and his girlfriend, Bobbi (Marg Helgenberger), discover a mysterious object in the woods outside a rural Maine town that they soon realize is a piece of an ancient extraterrestrial spacecraft. As the townspeople begin to act out their darkest fantasies under alien mind-control, Gard's metal plate in his skull protects him from the ship's effects. Unable to rely on anyone for help, Gard must save the town from the aliens before their minds are lost forever.
