Summary of The Forsyte Saga
Almost 30 years after it was first adapted from John Galsworthy's novels, The Forsyte family returns to television screens with this remake of the 1967 mini-series. Damian Lewis (BAND OF BROTHERS) leads an exciting young cast, playing Soames Forsyte, a successful solicitor who is desperate to truly win the heart of his wife, played by Gina McKee (NOTTING HILL). Set in Victorian England, the family are followed through two decades of out-of-control emotions, jealousy, and intrigue.
