Summary of Eureka Seven

One of the most acclaimed anime series in recent memory, Eureka Seven sets a teen romance against the backdrop of a future society complete with giant robots. Renton Thurston is a teen who loves lifting, a sport similar to surfing. But instead water, lifting involves surfing on Transparence Light Particles. To Renton, the only thing more exciting than lifting is Eureka, a pilot he meets when he joins a group called Gekko State. Season six finds Renton away from Gekko, and a new friendship causes him to make decisions about his life. Renton's absence makes Eureka's heart grow fonder, but is her love enough to bring him back to Gekko?

Users Reviews

Very good
Sky-surfing mechs, giant explosions, crazy evil dictators, and young love. What's not to like? Love a lot of the emotional appeals and moments, except toward the end, where it starts to get ridiculous.
