A well made zom-com
I love zombie movies to begin with which is what drew me to this movie in particular, not to mention Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg, two actors I enjoy watching. I thought it had the perfect blend of humor, horror and drama. I recommend it to anyone who likes zombie films, or anyone looking for a good laugh. Another upside is the re-watch value and the fact that it has got Bill Murray. Who doesn't love Bill?

wow my friend had to force me to watch this movie cause i usually hate zombie movies,but it turned out to be UBER amazing! i loved it, it was hilarious and overall definately worth watching!

This movie is awful. It's a major cliche, it tries too hard. The only decent actor is Woody Harlson and even his character is weak. The girls, assuming they were supposed to be "bad-ass", just come off as bitchy and snobby. Over-all: Cliche, weak...

This one, I enjoyed.
I liked that they took the not-too-original-concept of Zombie Apocalypses and made it original by added it's own flavor too it. I also liked that they made the zombies realer and not uber fake made a nice touch for the "eww" factor to take away from...

This one, I enjoyed.
I liked that they took the not-too-original-concept of Zombie Apocalypses and made it original by added it's own flavor too it. I also liked that they made the zombies realer and not uber fake made a nice touch for the "eww" factor to take away from the hopeless romantic that it leads to in all these movies. Jesse Eisenberg was definitely the man for the part and he's unlikeliness of surviving there made it vaguely and somewhat relatable. Kudos.

See this movie.
While keeping in mind the generational gap, I found everyone I know at least liked this movie.
This is a good movie for bros and for chicks who aren't complete wusses, but I found it spoke best to the hopeless romantic nerds. As funny a concept as that is, it just works.
Theatrically, it's SpecFX are convincing and elaborate, the script is a little simple but definitely not stupid, and the chemistry between the actors is fantastic.

Watched this on dvd long after everyone talked about it. I really enjoyed ZombieLand and it reminded me of another film I loved (Dusk Till Dawn). It all depends on taste if you will or won't enjoy this film but no time is wasted and before you know it, it's over since it runs 88 min. Fun characters with a great Woody Harrelson, zombies getting destroyed in insane ways and laughs. To me it sounds like fun and it really was. This is one film I wish I had seen on the big screen but enjoyed it just as much on dvd. Might even check out the special features before I return it.
