This movie is very enjoyable. It will make you laugh out loud, even if you're not a Jim Carrey fan. I think this is his best script in quite a while. The premise is what I found most compelling! If you're not in the right mood to watch a comedy, don't watch it. Wait until you're feeling a little run down by the world outside and enjoy the possiblities if you said yes to every opportunity that presents itself. This would be my life if I could write my own script.

Jim is a relatively benign personality, not really committing to anything and generally negative about possibility or chance. Then, his buddy invites him to a seminar that encourages people to answer "yes" to everything and his life begins to change. The premise is funny - and the execution seems to succeed in some ways. Carrey does his usual physical comedic moments that are funny, but most of the rest of it seems too pretentious. To be honest, I found his boss Norman to be the funniest aspect of the movie. I love Zooey but in this movie she's really a pretty one-dimensional character there to play off of Carrey. It has funny moments but it's nowhere near as funny as most of his other movies.
