Cute movie
"The Winning Season" is a rather enjoyable movie about a coach who trains a girls' basketball team. It's a cute movie, even though it has some flaws. It's mostly about the fun, just like basketball.
A funny season
This witty comedy has a fine cast, and even though the storyline is a bit predictable, it's still funny and touching. Sam Rockwell did excellent work here, and the film remains entertaining and fresh.
