My favourite movie of all time!
The Usual Suspects has long been one of my favourite movies - it has everything... mystery, intrigue, action, suspense and a thought-provoking story.
I really can't recommend this movie enough!

Great movie, anything else than usual. The twist in the end is quite a thing. Some people hate it, but most love it. I personally was wowed by the performance of Kevin Spacey who did a great job on the movie.

The story was ordinary, and inconsistent. The main theme was never fully fleshed out. The twist at the end was obvious, I saw it coming 20 minutes before the end. I couldn't really see it coming any sooner, because the story changed direction...

The story was ordinary, and inconsistent. The main theme was never fully fleshed out. The twist at the end was obvious, I saw it coming 20 minutes before the end. I couldn't really see it coming any sooner, because the story changed direction halfway through the movie, so you didn't realize until then where the story was going. Despite the writing, the movie was enjoyable because of the actors involved. Byrne was good, Spacey was better. Baldwin even turned in a performance above and beyond his usual fare. However, even though the twist at the end was cliché, and the story full of holes, it was good escapist fun and not a waste of time to watch.

This movie was simply ok. I'm one of those people who was just annoyed by the twist ending, rather than wowed. I won't go into detail about why I didn't like it, since that would require the use of spoilers, but suffice it to say, the ending ruined...

I won't go into detail about why I didn't like it, since that would require the use of spoilers, but suffice it to say, the ending ruined the rest of the film for me, which up until then had been an above average crime thriller, but nothing more.

This movie initially caught me off guard. Watching it, loving it and then the twist at the end. Had to watch it again for all the clues. They are there.

Great crime mystery
This movie will keep your brain churning all the way through. It's clever, thoughtful, and the plot has some very surprising twists and turns.

A suspenseful movie you'll want to watch again
Even tho I guessed the end in the very beginning I enjoyed the film very much. It's clever and the manipulation of the truth is fantastic. The crime is planned so well that the police investigation looks amateurish. Won an Oscar with good reason.
