THE SIMPSONS MOVIE: I have always loved watching movies starring MINNIE DRIVER, This is one of my favorite movies and I highly recommend it. MINNIE always give 100%, and her acting is always very convincing and spot on. I give this movie 5*****STARS.
I understand the criticisms for this film, but it's better than most people think. Yes, it's basically an 87 minute long episode, but even Simpsons can be funny sometimes. It starts to lag a bit by the end, but this is still a really funny film.
About as good as you would expect a long form Simpsons movie to be. Unfortunately, a Simpsons episode from 2007 and not the prime of the series.
Doh! You mean I have to write words here? Well OK then here it goes. Everyone knows I'm an idiot, they have known I'm an idiot for forever. No surprise then that daddy does something really stupid that makes everyone hate him. The best part of this...
I'm just a casual fan of the Simpsons but I laughed more in this feature film than I have in other live action comdies. The Simpsons Movie is very well written and I can understand some giving it four stars. The film tapers off towards the end but...

It was good. better than show has been lately. I'd say the humor is on par with the video game that came out recently. The big thing that disappointed me was that Mr. Burns was only in it for maybe 3 seconds. I figured he would be the villain in it....
Funny, but pound-for-pound, not as funny as an episode of the television show. But if it's not just funny you're looking for, there IS more here. This is a great STORY about the Simpsons, going deeper into their actual familty and characters than an...
Highly entertaining and a must for fans of "The Simpsons." The wide screen gives the artists more room to play with, so it's a treat to watch, too. Plenty of gags as and sharp remarks as well. The DVD has a number of extras, including two...
I prefer the 22 minute format of the show, as an entire movie seemed to be something of a stretch with some pacing problems. Scenes with Bart and Flanders were great--a new twist on that relationship that was refreshing. Homer's new pet is really...
