Summary of The Lady Vanishes
American socialite Amanda Kelly (Cybill Shepherd) befriends British nanny Miss Froy (Angela Lansbury) during a train ride through Bavaria. Awakening from a drunken stupor the next morning, Amanda finds that her new acquaintance has vanished -- but no one else on board recalls meeting Miss Froy in the first place.
