Summary of The House of Fear
Each member of "The Good Comrades"--a club of seven wealthy men living together in a Scottish castle--has a large insurance policy upon himself, made out to the last surviving member of the club. Super sleuth Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone) and his assistant Dr. Watson (Nigel Bruce) are called in to the case after two of the members die under mysterious circumstances--each after receiving a letter containing orange seeds. This classic Holmes mystery is based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's story THE FIVE ORANGE PIPS.
