Ratings-hungry Executive Producer Joan Marshall (Patti Lupone) sees a potential hit, and soon Grace's pregnancy is a regular segment on the show. After the baby is born, Grace has to make the decision faced by so many women: return to work, or stay at home with her infant daughter?
