How do you juggle a marriage, a career, and a baby? That's Grace Santos's (Rosie Perez) question. The producer of a television morning show--and married to the show's cohost, Eddie Diaz (Diego Serrano)--Grace finds herself the center of a media frenzy when her pregnancy is announced on the air. Ratings-hungry Executive Producer Joan Marshall (Patti Lupone) sees a potential hit, and soon Grace's pregnancy is a regular segment on the show. After the baby is born, Grace has to make the decision faced by so many women: return to work, or stay at home with her infant daughter?
