It's marketed as a twisty thriller. If your idea of a twisty thriller is the hero bumbling through the movie, not solving anything until a very LONG explanation scene, this is the movie for you. And the mystery is stupid, once explained.

The idea for "Tell No One" is quite unique...A husband receives an e-mail from his wife whose been dead for eight years. The acting was phenomenal along with great character development. There was a 'wrap it up' explanation near the end, which in my opinion, was overkill. If done differently, I would have given "Tell No One" five stars instead of four. If you want to stay on the edge of your seat, this is a must see movie.

8/10Great
The first five or 10 minutes of "TELL NO ONE" involves a brutal murder before the screen fades to black, and then it's eight years later. The rest of the film is the working out of what actually happened that fateful day of the crime. It's to the film's enormous credit that, over the course of two-plus hours it keeps our interest -- and our credibility -- over the very circuitous plot twists and turns. The very second the movie's over and reason returns, it's clear that the plot is filled with those proverbial holes -- the ones big enough to drive a truck through. Thanks to good acting and a different kind of story, this film is enjoyable and believable as you are watching it. The DVD contains a making-of video, deleted scenes (that actually weren't deleted), and a few outtakes.
