The performances are good, and the film has a nice visual style. The cyberpunk plot is promising at first, but as everything unravels the script becomes a victim of its own efficiency.
Not a bad movie, very predictable and kinda cookie-cutter but also enjoyable. I'm glad I didn't spend $10 to see it in a movie theater, but some sci-fi fans may enjoy it when there's nothing better in your queue.
Despite a slick look and interesting premise, the movie is marred by less than state-of-the-art visual effects, as well as rather pedestrian direction. Watchable, but well short of its potential.

Not a very good movie by a long shot, but it takes place in MA and it was interesting to see Lynn 'in the future.' If cheesy sci-fi movies with anti-technological advancement themes are your bag, this movie was only a minor waste of time.
Last time, when we left director Jonathan Mostow, he had directed Terminator 3, which told of one robot trying to save the saviour of the human race against another robot who wants to kill said saviour, so the robots can take over without a hitch....
