Summary of Sudden Death

A group of terrorists led by a villainous madman (Powers Boothe) takes over a sports arena during the sold-out Stanley Cup finals, holding the vice president of the United States hostage and threatening to blow up the stadium if they don't receive $1 billion by the end of the game. A fireman (Jean-Claude Van Damme) whose daughter is kidnapped during the hockey game must conquer his fears and race against time to save his daughter--and thousands of innocent spectators--before the terrorists carry out their deadly threat.
