Stiletto, 2008

Well, I found Stana Katic extremely attractive and great to look at - however I didnt believe for one second that she could be an assassin (but I still liked her). Katic plays a russian woman who seeks revenge (I wont diclose the reason) against multiple people blah blah. The real problem is the story, its soooo weak and uninteresting that it makes the movie so completely boring. Add to that a pretty decent cast of actors - all phoning in their performances and looking pretty bored and you get a pretty sub-par movie. Every character is one-dimensional and there are no twists to the story whatsoever - plus the ending is supposed to leave you guessing, instead it just makes it even less satisfying because you really couldnt care less about those two characters. Im hoping Katic gets something better to work with in the future.
