Summary of Sex and A Girl
Set in the 1970s, SEX AND A GIRL stars Angela Gots as 16-year-old Alex, an aspiring ballerina and product of two ultra-liberal hippy parents. Though hers would appear to be an easy upbringing, things become quite turbulent when Alex's parents announce they are getting divorced. This event throws Angela into distress and eventually into a courtship with her mother's ex-lover. Funny and serious all at once, SEX AND A GIRL costars Allison Lohman (WHITE OLEANDER), Soleil Moon Frye (PUNKY BREWSTER), and Danny Masterson (THAT 70s SHOW).
