The fortunes of a group of locals in a decimated former fishing village look set to take a turn for the better when a small business declares its intentions of setting up there. However, it is imperative that a doctor dwells somewhere within the village for the business to legally take root, which leads to a frantic search for someone with the necessary qualifications. Sadly, the spot is far from idyllic, and the locals struggle to find someone to fit the bill, until Dr. Lewis comes along.
