"Saving Private Ryan" is a fantastic movie that everybody should watch. It has excellent acting and lovable characters. It comes pretty close to "All Quiet in the Western Front" which is the greatest war movie of all time. And that's saying a lot.
It's rare that I am moved to tears by a movie, but watching this was one of those times. This film conveys the gruesome reality of war through the use of shocking images and impresses on the viewer the hell that these terrified young men were forced...
