Summary of Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky

An excessively gory, over-the-top adaptation of the extreme manga "Riki Oh." When his drug-addled girlfriend commits suicide, the titular hero kills her dealer and finds himself locked up in a privatized prison where the accused have no rights. The other inmates torture Ricky with any available implement, but he fights back with a bloody vengeance. You know that head that gets smashed at the beginning of every episode of THE DAILY SHOW? That's from this movie.

I really did like "The Story of Ricky" it's a fun movie with good S/FX for such a low budget movie from the 80's. Yes it is over the top and unrealistic But that's one of the reson's is so fun to watch, Rent it you might like it. I give it 4 out of... Read and rate it

I have been a fan of "bad" Kung Fu movies for a long time. And this one takes the cake. It is by far on the top of my list of Awful kung fu. If watched with this in mind, you should have a good time laughing at this movie. Read and rate it
