Summary of Replicant
Belgium's most successful export, brooding action hero Jean-Claude Van Damme, stars in two opposing roles in this highly original sci-fi action film. When a ruthless serial killer nicknamed "the Torch" (Van Damme) proves virtually unstoppable, a cunning detective (played by Michael Rooker) thinks up an unprecedented and controversial plan in order to catch him.
