Psycho, 1960

I was pretty underwhelmed by this movie. Of course those who have not seen it simply know about the shower scene, and unfortunately, that was the climax of the terror in Psycho. Besides that scene, the movie runs too long, there is not enough horror or thrills, and it is simply hard to enjoy watching. The surprises and twists near the end were well done, but it was just too little too late. I like the idea of the movie, but there was simply not enough of a plot to support it.
