It's been many years since I last saw this movie. Watching an invigorated, fresh Julia Roberts interacting with a still-in-his-prime Richard Gere provided an excellent escapist afternoon. Not the best directed movie, but the acting of the lovely Ms....

I don't get why this movie is considered so romantic. A prostitute who falls in love with the guy who bought her for the night? Just doesn't suit my vision of reality...
