They Can Talk!?
That was my biggest problem with the remake. The role reversal element didn't have as much as an impact as the first one because the humans in this one can talk. If you can look pass this and some of the plot holes, you may enjoy this one as nothing...

Not quite the remake I expected
the original was much better, no doubt about it, although this one is still not a complete failure. it's not a bad choice if you're looking for an action film, just don't expect any deep insights about human nature and such.
