Mr. Nobody, 2009

This movie explores the concept where the outcome of a decision causes alternate realities (like branches on a tree) to form with different effects and life experiences to follow. The main decisions where branching occurs revolve around which of his parents he decides to live with when they divorce. Another involves which of three girls he ends up with. In the second choice, it is partially dependent on the other question. All of these possible lives comes together in the story of one very old man who is telling his life story or stories on his deathbed. From the old man's point of view, he has lived all of these alternate lives and this serves to confuse his interviewer. Very well done, the best acting from Jared Leto ever, too bad he's turning into a full time rockstar and part time actor. I'd like to see more like this from him!

It's definitely a weird movie, not sure if I say it in a good way or not. The plot is a bit like revolving doors in the sense that it presents different choices made by the main character and their outcomes. But if in Revolving Doors you have two different choices/worlds, here you have something between 4 and 14! I think that the first 45 minutes are enjoyable and original, but in the next hour and a half the movie gets a bit tedious.
