Summary of Monsieur Verdoux

I am a huge Chaplin fan, but this film is empty; it lacks anything resembling humor, and is so overly sentimental that it was syrupy. Out of all of the Chaplin films I have seen this is easily his worst. If you're a new viewer of Chaplin DO NOT...
