Summary of Lake Placid 3
Lake Placid 3 is set at the same fictional Black Lake—in Aroostook County, Maine—as the first two films. One year after the death of Sadie Bickerman (a character from Lake Placid 2), game warden Nathan Bickerman (Colin Ferguson), his wife Susan (Kirsty Mitchell), and their son Connor (Jordan Grehs) are at Sadie's lakeside cabin packing up her belongings. While there, they are paid a visit by Sheriff Tony Willinger (Michael Ironside) looking into what Nathan knew about Sadie feeding crocodiles in the lake. While at the lake, Connor discovers that smaller crocodiles survived the events of Lake Placid 2, but does not tell anyone since he does not want them killed. Two years later, the Bickermans are living in town, and Connor has been secretly feeding the crocodiles which are now much larger. Lakeside attack victims also include a hunting guide (Yancy Butler), a hitchhiking couple (April and Jason), a quartet of college students (Ellie, Aaron, Tara and Charlie), a pair of hunters (Jonas and Walt), the Bickerman's babysitter Vica, and Dimitri the shopkeeper. By the end, only the Bickermans and Ellie escape the carnage after killing the last adult crocodile by blowing up a gas pump. However, another adult crocodile and some babies surfaces at the end of the movie and attacks the camera.
