I must admit I am not a fan of Charlton Heston's acting but he overcame my bias in his first scene. I am impressed with his acting in this film. His English accent was a bit distracting but not enough to detract from this epic...
Interesting film...its almost a bit of an allegory for the current situation in Darfur, showing the perils of both intervention and non-intervention. I think Heston carries off Gordon pretty well, though I found it hard to sympathize with his...
