I love this movie so much. I think the fact that its such a random film is whats best about it. Definitely didnt expect Andy and Jorma to break out into beatboxing I guess you could say, about cool beans. I will admit, I laughed quite a bit in this...

Definitely didnt expect Andy and Jorma to break out into beatboxing I guess you could say, about cool beans. I will admit, I laughed quite a bit in this film. I think this was a great role for Andy, and Bill Hader, Jorma Taccone, and Danny McBride also do great :)

Hot Rod is the story of an aspiring stunt man named Rod (Andy Samberg) who is on a mission to save his father in law so he can "Kick his %$#."
I did not enter this movie with great expectations, I assumed it would be mildly funny with a few memorable characters and funny scenes. Amazingly, my low expectations were shattered and I was left shocked at how terrible this movie was.
I'm not going to justify this film with a long review, so here are the high(low)lights: Andy Samberg, apparently only fun in 5 min. web clips. Isla Fisher, cute but forgettable. Will Arnett, hilarious actor, poor choice of roles.
If you'd like to experience this movie, I can save you 72 minutes, buy a MoPed and while listening to a Carrot Top album, attempt to jump it over a pit of barbed wire covered in hot sauce. Prop comedy and severe lacerations that take 15 minutes are preferable to this 1.5 hour abomination of cinema.
