Summary of Horror in the Wind

When a far, far right-wing president learns of a potent mixture that promises to kill lust, he thinks he has finally found a way to convert the entire world to his way of thinking. Planes with the solution are sent around the world, but the effect isn't what the president had hoped. Instead of turning everyone into chaste, sexless beings, Formula 4708 turns straight people gay, and gays straight. The ensuing sexual confusion provides plenty of comedy in this quirky film.
