Summary of Frozen in Fear

A talented yet disturbed artist, Sean's (Eric Roberts) morbid yet undeniably enticing paintings are shaped by the horrifying memory of his mother's murder. Beautiful art dealer Lacy (Catherine Oxenberg) is so fascinated by Sean's work that she travels across the country to visit him in his tiny desert town. She arrives to a community distraught with fear and loss, as a series of young women have recently gone missing. When she accidently comes upon Sean's dark secret--a series of ice sculptures carved into terrifying forms and holding the key to the disappearances--Lacy must escape before coming Sean's next frozen victim.
