An all around amazing film
The first time I saw Fight Club I must have been around 12. I thought it was cool to just watch people fight and all that. Slowly I grew up, every now and then revisiting Fight Club. It was not for a while that I grasped this movie. It is not about fighting. You should already know that, though. Some of the best editing I have ever seen, perfectly written, and also a great adaptation of the book, making bold changes, yet staying faithful. Amazing acting, directing, and everything else. It seems there is a certain personality trait that just "clicks" with this movie. Even if you do not feel some crazy attraction, you can just appreciate for a beautiful work of film.

Fight Club 1999
Like many low budget movies too bloody dark for old eyes. Particularly if you wanna see the beautiful boys. Gay movies need more bright and natural light filming.

Fantastic movie, one of my favorites, in fact. Picked up the Blu-Ray from Amazon on the cheap, and I have to say, I was impressed with the transfer. Pick this one up, even if you have the DVD.

The best "guy flick" ever made. Fight Club looks deep at the heart of man in its most basic form. This film is adrenaline pumping action, while still being incredibly intelligent and deep. A must watch.

Hugely overrated
Although I guess if this is the only way some film fans get hints of higher psychology and cultural criticism, why not. Having said that, I will now risk being tarred and feathered by saying it is--- to my taste--- a fairly cheap and cheesy...

Having said that, I will now risk being tarred and feathered by saying it is--- to my taste--- a fairly cheap and cheesy treatment of these potentially interesting ideas. The use of violence seems especially sort of a teen-age thrill of the video-game mentality, rather than any real comment to take seriously. You like video games---well, enjoy this, but excuse me if I sort of shake my head if you call this the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Brilliant in its depiction of conformity and consumerism continues to degrade individualism. I watch this great movie at least 10 times a year and i get a high from its sheer brilliant acting, writing(i love the book as well) and Dave Fincher's...
