Critics Reviews

USA Today
The martial-arts sequences take this prosaic thriller to a higher level.
The Onion (A.V. Club)
A terrific cast, stylish direction, and elegantly choreographed mayhem help make it far better than it might have been -- Though ultimately silly, Equilibrium's shopworn but stylish synthesis of ammo and ideas is surprisingly engrossing.

Awesome
I don't like how people dislike this movie for not being like the Matrix, you can't compare it to the matrix, it follows an entirely different storyline. It just has a style that resembles the action in the Matrix, or like in Ultraviolet or Aeon...
If the book, Fahrenheit 451 weren't gaudy enough, the movie after the same name was appropriately vapid. Of this latest incarnation, well, I'm at a loss for words. I honestly prefer to watch Aliens vs. Predator for intellectual stimulation. At least...
