Summary of Dawn Anna
This Lifetime TV movie is a touching tale that is based around a single mom fighting to get a modicum of normalcy back into her life. Dawn Anna (Debra Winger) is the mom in question, who is delighted to start a new relationship and job after some rocky times spent getting over past misfortunes. But when she is diagnosed with a debilitating illness, Dawn has to undergo brain surgery to save her life. The rehabilitation process proves to be taxing, with the beleaguered mother having to learn basic motor functions all over again. But as Dawn gradually returns to life, further troubles lay in store for her, leading to a gripping conclusion to this evocative drama.
