CONVICTION: I have always loved watching movies starring MINNIE DRIVER, This is one of my favorite movies and I highly recommend it. MINNIE always give 100%, and her acting is always very convincing and spot on. I give this movie 5*****STARS.

Oscar once again!
Hillary Swank was wonderful in her performance in this movie based on a true story. She always manages to outshine all the other actors and characters in her films, and this movie is just the same. Once you hear the basis of the story, it is impossible to not be intrigued, and let me tell you, I was hooked the entire time. I know I am not alone in saying that this movie has definite Oscar potential. The entire audience in the theater was silent throughout the whole film, just to see every scene to its fullest. It was a bit predictable here and there, but overall great movie.

This courtroom drama doesn’t leave you with a handful of dramatic gimmicks, but with a serious and touching story. A story about a brother and sister against the system that will capture you even after the show’s over.

Noteworthy cast
Even if you miss out on all the wonders this movie has in store, you won't be able to overlook the casting. Most noteworthy is the strong female-centric cast. The cast was clearly chosen without any compromises.
