I really enjoyed the meaning of this movie. It was refreshing even if a little depressing at the end. However, the humor was very crude and sophomorish (high school). I guess that is to be expected with an Adam Sandler movie.
Adam Sandler gives us what seems to be a combination of the crude humor of his previous movies with The Family Man and It's a Wonderful Life. Throw in the remote as a plot driver and there's your movie. The ability to fast forward, pause, rewind or...
click...poignant,touching,entertaining,comical..
This is surely one of best films of Sandler's..the story takes a slow and steady approach which completely changes the viewer's attitude towards life and work at the end..threading a sad reality in between the strands of an otherwise totally comical...
It's almost like a Christmas Carol except set in modern times with a dash of preaching about family versus work priorities to boot. Think of Scrooged with a clicker. The movie is not all that funny really. It starts with some typical Sandler humor...
I don't even know where to begin with this movie, but I'm sure it has all been said already. All you really need to know is that this movie has non-stop laughter from beginning to end and that it has a sad undertone that makes me cry every time....
Sappy, manipulative, overly-ambitious and sentimantal, still somehow this movie scored with me. I had moments of true laughs, moments of true emotion and moments where I genuinely appreciated the imagination of the writers...even as I was aware that...
Adam Sandler's Best!
This is such a great and touching movie! Two thumbs up!

Great one.
I think Adam Sandler is the greatest thing to come into the world since peanut butter and jelly and washing machines - and this movie is his greatest. I ditched a soccer game to watch this movie on TV and it was well worth it. Sit down with a cold...
Good one!
This is Adam Sandler's best. A workaholic family man who realizes what is important in life. Cute and hilarious, with important life lessons.
