Summary of Cement
Corrupt detective Bob Holt (Chris Penn) spins himself into a web of murder and revenge along with his drug-addicted partner (Jeffrey Wright). After forming an alliance with the mob, Holt pour the body of their youngest soldier (Anthony De Sando) into cement that was intended for a freeway. This sets off an explosion of suspense-driven events.
