Summary of By Dawn's Early Light
Richard Crenna stars in this Showtime Original as an old-school Colorado cowboy who finds himself having a hard time dealing with his frustrated grandson who has been sent to stay with him unwillingly from Los Angeles. Soon, the boy's behavior has forced the wily old cowboy to send his naive young grandson back to LA, but on one condition: the boy must ride with him from Colorado to LA on horseback. The journey proves rough for the youngster at first, but he soon begins to befriend his grandfather as he gains some valuable life experience traveling across the country.
