Stephen Baldwin and Charles Malik Whitfield star as two law enforcers looking to solve a complex string of killings in Bound by Lies. Baldwin plays Detective Max Garrett, who alongside Lt. Eddie Fulton (Whitfield) aims to protect photographer Laura Cross (Kristy Swanson) from becoming the next victim. But a few surprising twists and turns in the plot serve to illustrate how clever the killer is, and when Garrett falls for the charms of bondage-aficionado Cross, he unwittingly places himself in a great deal of danger, leading to a nailbiting climax to director Valerie Landsburg's film.
