I was incredibly disappointed in Jessica Biel who didn't do her own fight choreography. Wesley Snipes doesn't stand out (in his own movie!) and Dominic Purcell wishes he could be Stephen Dorff.
Rent I and II, and ff through part III. not that impressed.

What a terrible way to end the trilogy. they need to remake this one and act like it never existed.

In an unexprected coup, this is the most succesful of the three 'Blade' films. What makes it succesful are co-stars Ryan Reynolds and Jesica Biel, who finally give an emotional face to the emotionless and stoic series; Reynolds humor (which is genuinely funny) essentially makes this an action-comedy, far better than any of those ridiculous 'Rush Hour' films, which are so bad, I've never even seen them. The comedy never completely overtakes the action, however (which is how it should be) and by the time the credits roll, we finally care whether Snipes' Blade lives or dies, and whether he's happy or not, and although it never should have taken three movies to get here, the final installment is at the very least worth your time.
