Summary of Black Patch
With a broken heart and a black eye patch courtesy of an old Civil War injury, tough-as-nails New Mexico Town Marshall Clay Morgan is about to get a fistful of trouble. Things start out bad when his old pal Danner and his wife, who was once in love with Morgan, arrive back in town and Morgan is forced to arrest his friend on suspicion of bank robbery. They only get worse when the derelict Frenchy De Vere, in attempt to get the loot, busts Danner out of jail and kills him, prompting Danner's angry young protégé to come after Morgan. This gritty, low-budget Western was scripted by costar Leo Gordon.
