The two New Yorkers exit the city for a road trip to Montreal with a dual purpose: meet actor Donald Sutherland and transport a rather large quantity of drugs across the border. BACKSEAT is directed by Bruce Van Dusen, who made a splash with COLD FEET in the early years of the Sundance Film Festival.
