Summary of Another Gay Movie

In the tradition of SCARY MOVIE and NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE, this tongue-in-cheek spoof incorporates every recognizable gay stereotype in the book. With a narrative modeled after AMERICAN PIE, the film follows four teen homosexual buddies in their attempts to lose their virginity before the summer's end. But instead of pie, this story includes sex toys, nudity, and quiche. Based largely on clichés of how gays are represented on film, ANOTHER GAY MOVIE is packed with jokes about the sexual orientation of countless actual celebrities.

Critics Reviews

The Hollywood Reporter
In his director's statement, filmmaker Todd Stephens proclaims that he wants his latest effort to be "the gayest movie ever made." Damn if he doesn't succeed.
Variety
This is son-of-John-Waters with most of the grossness but none of the essential anarchism -- silly pop trash set for vid-classic status in gay households.

Users Reviews

Any movie that tries to laugh off NAMBLA, sexual abusive priests, or any other type of sexual child abuse is pure garbage. Furthermore, I didn't think anything about this movie was funny, even the ones that I'm supposed to "understand" because I'm...
I heard a lot of glowing reviews but I found it to be only mildly amusing. There's a difference between mocking something and copying it poorly. Too often the latter was showing. There were some fun moments, but way too many inane ones.
