Pales comparing to the TV series
No wonder this movie had such a hard time getting made. It is far from filling the big shoes of the cult TV series.
First, letting them work for the system/country, is totally against what they originally stood for - on the side of those who suffered injustice, and usually against the system.
Second, each of the 4 main characters are delivering weak performances comparing to their TV equivalents: Liam Neeson is a very bad Hannibal, lacking the charm, charisma and humor; Murdoch was much wackier in the series; Preferring Bosco over B.A. made all the difference, and the new B.A. is, well, a sissy. And the new Face, well, it's like the old Face had a bad face-lifting. Top all that with outragesly far fetched plot (the tank scene make the TV series action scenes seem like a piece of Ken Loach's realism...) and you get a bad and disappointing remake, and a mediocre action movie as a stand alone.

Great action movie with a great sense of humor
As a kid I watched every episode of The A-Team, so I was really hoping this movie won't spoil the magic. And it certainly didn't. I dare and say this was one of the best movies I've seen this summer, and it did a fantastic job in bringing back to life B.a, Hannibal, Face and Murdock. If you were a fan of the series, you must watch this movie!

Action is good
Everything else is alot less, the story is foolish (and i pity the fools). The cast is very surprising.

Greate Movie
I just saw this today, and let me tell you, it is a really great movie. There is constantly so much action and you never know what is coming! The only bad part was when it was over!

Am I really giving this *five* stars? Yes, yes I am. I've never seen the TV series and I didn't really know anything about this movie going into it. WOW. From the opening seconds it's pretty much non-stop action the entire way. The humor sprinkled throughout just adds to the awesomeness. It's such a pleasant surprise when you see that one movie that blew you out of the water. And yes, it did.
Can I take some credit for Bradley Cooper, by the way? I remember seeing him in the early seasons of Alias and he was such a likable character/guy; I was hoping it wouldn't be the last of him. Thank goodness it wasn't. He's turned into a bonafide A-lister in the last 2-3 years.
So yes, if you're into a big budget summer blockbuster, this is not one to miss. Liam Neeson is turning into one of my favorites lately.
